PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) invites potential suppliers to participate in the Open Tender for Raw Sugar Import to 2024 for the needs of PT PG Rajawali II under the following terms:

1. Terms and Conditions for Prospective Suppliers/Bidders:

Supplier/Bidder must be a member of the Refined Sugar Association (RSA) and/or The Sugar Association of London (SAL)

Mem Must have experience in supplying Raw Sugar in Indonesia, with proof of Bill of Lading

Must submit a Company Profile during registration

b. Volume : 10.000 Tons

c. Quality Requirements

1. Icumsa : Max. 3.500 IU

2. Polarization : Min. 98.5°

3. Ash content : Max. 0.3%

4. Moisture Content : Max. 0.4%

5. Reducing Sugar : Max. 0.4%

6. Crop Year : Min. 2024

7. Origin : Thailand, Australia, Vietnam, Afrika Selatan, Brazil, Uni Emirat Arab (UEA)

d. Destination Port : Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta

3. Registration

Sending a letter of interest in participating in the tender along with an RSA/SAL membership certificate or a statement from the RSA/SAL Organization stating that membership is still in process and proof of experience in importing raw sugar into the territory of Indonesia via email to the PT. RNI Raw Sugar Procurement Committee at: impor.gula@idfood.co.id.
